What Not to Wear

Why is it that on What Not To Wear, they are always putting people in blazers. I don't know why they are acting like that is the only jacket style in the world. I mean I get it. It is universally flattering on every body type, that does not mean put it on everybody. Instead of showing them to wear mixed prints and patterns, show them how to mix up jackets too. But of course, a jacket that accentuates their nice figure.

Thrifting adventures!

Thrifting was soo much fun today! I always do so well shopping with my coworker,Ryann. I wish I could have taken pictures of her buys also. She did great. I spent a total of $13. Ironically, that's all I had in my wallet because they do not take credit cards. I scored a zebra figurine in a resting position(I named him Oreo), a black quilted coco chanel purse, black sheer blouse/tunic with billowy sleeves, a black romper with gold buttons and a neon pink fanny pack! YES YES YES!

Post-Funeral

My sister and I woke up taking pictures for her Ebay store. It was a nonstop photo-shoot. We needed a break! My mom and uncle just came back from a funeral. They looked very cute and chic. I decided I should take pics of them for my blog. These pictures were taken yesterday.



Here is my mom coming back from a funeral. Kudos mom kudos. You looked great. Nice grey jacket with a pattern, black cotton shirt, a free flowing black skirt, opaque black tights, and black pointy toed sling backs. Simple and chic!



I figured since I was taking so many pictures of my mom and my uncle, my sister and I should also take one. Please excuse my attire. I had just woke up and threw something on when my uncle knocked on the door. My sister looked great also. She made that shirt from this vintage fabric my aunt gave her. High waisted jeans and DIY shoes. I'm wearing a grey deep v neck, with a strapless black shirt, cigarette pants and black velvet wedges.



Last but not least, My mom and uncle after the funeral. He dresses it up classic chic. White button down dress shirt, black trousers, and black oxfords.

Hope everybody had a great weekend. Im going thrifting Tuesday and I'm going to definately take pictures of my finds. I promise this time!

One, Thank you for asking! it made me super happy because I posted a blog few weeks ago for New Years showing that skinny ties would look great. Of course, it was worn by none other than Shia Lebeuof. He is so multitalented,driven, gorgeous and stylish.

Sorry guys I haven't been blogging. For some strange reason, the Urban Outfitters website, and only Urban, does not come on my laptop. I've tried numerous times everyday for the last 2 weeks and it just does not work. It works perfectly fine on other computers, just not mine anymore. I don't know what happened. I'm going to keep trying until it works, hopefully soon.

For some other news, I'm going to start up my Ebay store again,selling some of my vintage finds. I'll keep you guys updated with that. Also, I have a phone interview tommorow with one of my prospective colleges in NY.Wish me Luck! Also don't worry, I will write more blogs,so you guys will get your fix on accessories,trends, emailed questions, advice,etc. I'll start the new blogs tommorow.
